I RAN MY 1ST MILE NON STOP!

Sunday January 22,2012. In all my life I've never ran 1 full mile non stop. I am so excited! For all those who think you can't do something you never imagined you would do...I'm here to tell you you can! Whether it's running a mile, finding that mate you've always dreamed of, or maybe landing that dream job or perhaps starting your own business. Go for it and go hard!!!!
